A goal with people attached
A role you are filling. A raise or a sales push you are running. A job search across several companies. A campaign answers the question a contact list cannot: how is this effort going, and who moved it?
Four types
Each seeded with the stages that suit it
Talent hunt
A role you are filling. Sourced, contacted, screened, submitted, hired — with candidates, referrers and hiring managers all on the same board.
Lead generation
A sales push or a raise. Track who you reached, who replied, who took a meeting, and which champion actually moved it forward.
Job search
Several companies at once. Who referred you where, what stage each conversation is at, and which intro turned out to matter.
Custom
Your own stages and roles, for work that does not fit the other three. Custom types are on the Pro plan, which is not on sale yet.
The people
Roles, not just names
- A table of the campaign's people, where you set each person's role — candidate, referrer, intro source, hiring manager, investor, champion, and more.
- Mark who turned out to be pivotal, so the next campaign starts from something better than memory.
- Log calls, messages, meetings, interviews and intros against a person in a campaign, and unfold their whole history under the row.
- The same person can sit in several campaigns at once, at a different stage and in a different role in each. Their contact record is untouched by any of it.
The ending
Close it, then learn from it
Close a campaign as a success, a failure, or cancelled, with a note on the outcome — and reopen it later, losing nothing.
Every closed campaign keeps a retrospective: the outcome, how long it ran, the funnel by stage, and the people you flagged as pivotal. It stays reachable long after the campaign is closed, which is the point — it is what you read before starting the next one.
