Changing plans
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. A downgrade is never destructive — everything you have stays, and the free plan's limits apply to what you add next. If you are over a limit, you keep what is there and cannot add more until you are under it again.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The free plan needs no card and does not expire.
Can I get my data out on the free plan?
Yes — contacts as CSV and every campaign as CSV, on every plan including free. The paid plans add full-history JSON with notes and interactions. Exporting is never the thing you have to pay for.
Who charges my card?
Paddle, as merchant of record. They handle payment, tax and invoicing, and appear on your statement. See refunds and cancellation.
